Default Shock Q

Hi all,

I managed to break a front shock ball grippa on my SX3 when racing last weekend and I only have the large ball grippa's spare for now as I'm waiting for the short ones to be delivered, my question is has anybody tried to use the large ball grippa's on front & rear shocks? If this can be done what difference if any did it make?
Appreciate any help...
Thanks

You can if needed cut the long ones down. Using them long just makes the shock longer, ie gives you more droop
