Default Supastox GT12 servo saver

Hiya guys,

I'm a born again racer thats just bought a GT12.

I used it once but it was horrible to drive as there was so much play in the steering. After taking it home and searching the manual for the part name, the servo saver has slack in it, and by the time it is ends up at the wheels there is about 10degrees left to right movement.

It is the original Supastox, so do they get old? Are the standard ones poor, and replaceable with aftermarket?

My 15year-ago buggies never had them so I'm lost.

Thanks!

I use the impact servo saver from schumacher and run the links above the steering arms, its much more robust than the kimborough ones
