What do people use to waterproof there truck? Is there a underbody or summat I can get for my X2c before the weekend?

Neither very well, which is why we tested Silvers and got them released

You may be ok as Broxtowe has a lot of grip in the wet due to the type of astro... but you won't keep up with those using Silver Minispikes.

Ring Lewis at A1 Hobbies... think he had an underbody in for the Ansmann truck, there was a used SC10 one kicking around in there that might fit.

Or just do what i do... cut the bottom of a carrier bag,slide it over front end so it wraps chassis and gaffa tape it round

At least you can still get to the power switch easily... by soft feel!

Can't get one for my slimfast chassis so gonna have to book a moulding session at G-Speed INC

BUGGER, I only bought my Sch Yellows two weeks ago for this event! I did not know their were Silvers on the way!

Oh well I got all day Saturday for tire testing. I must remember my rubber duck

I will be their early Saturday so see you all their!

Underbody now purchased,arrived,and fitted....stop me now pesky rain... Just waiting for me tyre order to arrive and I will be there on Saturday too... Any pubs local to the track?..as I've no camper anymore Im thinking pub for the evening

If the mid motor bodyshell is roughly the right length let me know ASAP!!! and I can saw the top off the mould to make a few covers for Sat am..
