I booked in with Woody too Paul, I've just txt him and he says its fine to pay on the day and not to worry? I'm still unsure though I will be gutted if I don't get a place, it's up to you, me, Ash and Gav to retain the regional title for the North West!! Don't know who else is going? Andy and Ben Woods probably and Ant Steel?

So far its just you and me that I know of.

I'd like some official confirmation on this, its a 200 mile round trip plus hotels, which is not the cheapest of weekends.

Same here Paul, I'm only doing 2wd as I don't have a 4. Gav Collingwood is booked in aswell I know that and id imagine Ash Fensom will be there as he was F5 at the start of the year and will have a good chance of doing well.

Will we have the luxury of the marquee at the F3,4,5's?

Thanks,
James.

Sorry James, the numbers we were told to expect didn't warrant it, although it looks like we have a healthy entry this year so in hindsight perhaps we could have done, sorry!

Last year i booked in with woody and paid on the day when booking in . If its your first time here is my check list
Check the heat listing before you book in on time
Number up your transmitter with your car number and hand it over when you book in it goes in a box for your heat
Take your brca card

and most important Race, Marshal, fix repeat

Hi Danny,

The club itself has nothing to do with timing the meeting or taking entries, the BRCA regional reps and then BRCA timekeeper do all of that. You'll have to check with them sorry, I would hope you'd get an entry on the day but thats just speculation.

All - a message below from Paul Worsley regarding entries for the F345's:

F345 Finals -- Robin Hood Raceway -- Sept. 14/15

Closing date for entries for this event was Aug. 25th., as detailed on the entry form that has been on the BRCA website along with all the venue information since early June.

Entries have been submitted by Regional Reps, and the Regional Reps. received confirmation at the end of last week (30th Aug.) that all entries they had submitted had been received and accepted. Therefore all entries at closing date have places at the event.

All entries have to be processed through the Regional Reps. along with the appropriate entry fees. Payment on the day will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances.

If any person that has entered is unsure if their entry has been received, then they should contact their Regional Rep.

There are a few places available in 4WD and we will accept more entries in this Class. These should be processed through the Regional Reps., but the deadline for us receiving them is Sun. 8th.. Sept.

Paul Worsley. (1/10th. Off-Road Section Chairman).

This meeting uses the BRCA timing equipment that has been used all year at
the National series. They use an RC4 decoder, so the usual restrictions on MRT transponders will apply. I believe the BRCA have a few loan transponders for those that do not have RC4 compatable transponders.
