Default New Nozzle required?

For the first time I can recall, I'm having a recurring issue with my Iwata SBS. No matter how squeaky clean I can get it, all my fades and dagger strokes have begun to end in a blob, or spot. Not spitting, I might add.

Driving me nuts.

New nozzle and needle?

cheers

J

make sure the end of the needle is super sharp and stright, even a very small hook/bend on the end will hold excess paint and cause blobs, try re shaping or re sharpen it use fine wet and dry 600/800
