Hi All,

I've discussed this with TeamC and they have new gearboxes being manufactured at the moment to solve this issue. It's apparent that not everybody has suffered with this problem, but if you have please contact the shop you purchased from and they will organise a replacement gearbox when they become available.

We expect gearboxes to arrive in a couple of weeks, but I have no firm date as yet I'm afraid.

Regards
Kev Lee

A simple fix is a 5x10x3mm bearing and a 1mm shim, sorted

Or do as one of our team drivers did here in Australia buzz the the smallest edge off the bearing outer with a dremel.

A new gearbox hey Kev, Ill have to get in touch with the factory for those that may not want a diy project.

I have had a small issue with the chassis flexing and the battery strap comes out of the gearbox support which means my lipos are not held in. I fixed this by drilling the battery strap and gearbox support and fitting a screw through. It works great.
