Default XX4 Belts

Are the XX4 belts the same as the XXX4. If not anyone no where can i get hold of some?

No the XXX4 uses one really long belt wheras the XX4 uses one medium/long length rear belt and two short fine pitch belts for the front and side.

We have most of the options in stock as I am sure most other good Losi stocking shops would have if you are stuck.

Thanks for the reply i will keep your details safe, having my first race in 20 years next weekend so can bet i will need spares after that:-)

If you have bought a used xx4 I would strongly suggest changing the belts and pullies before you race... that said once you get to know the car and it's strengths and weaknesses you will not look back.. The main issue on the xx4 is maintenance of drivetrain is a flippin ballache so it all needs to be tip top before you get to the meeting. There's plenty of advice around on set ups and 'bulletproofing' of the car on here, most of which I would suggest doing before any serious racing.
