Default Paint, what types ??

Hi
I'm looking at painting a couple of bodies using an airbrush and Im wondering what types of paints Im limited to using these days ? when I used to race we had the choice of Pactra or Tamiya pots.
I see Createx paints been advertised although their site doesnt mention lexan bodies but I'm guessing they work.

What I really want to know is has anyone used auto paints as in the ones a proper paint supplier mixes not the aerosols in Halfords etc. I had some touch up paint that I tried on the inside of a plastic bottle and after bending it etc I couldn't get it to crack or flake off

Thanks

Lee

I've only used the water based createx / fascolor or similar. I'm told it is easier to clean brush afterwards using WB paint which I suppose is obvious. Always add a coat of clear laquer to seal and the WB paint is great

Can't comment on solvent paint, but others here will I'm sure.
