We use the Kamtec Crawler Baja. Make sure you use the thin version, the thicker will crack because it just isn't as flexible.

and then we cut them nice and low to look like one of these

Shoot! You beat me to it!!!

With all these "I wanna vommit NOW" new shells coming like monster snails in your garden... I was going to myself try and put some oldies goldies shells like Dyna Storm, Top Force etc. on my current competition buggies...

I'd rather be dead last than win with one of these new roadkill shells!!!

Default breakages

going under the table top at worksop i clipped the edge and managed to do this.

which i then repaired but later the same day did it again, now with no spares parts, i did this shambolic repair which got me through the final..

straightened hinge with pliers and super glued it in then cable tied it just to be safe..

Not many like that before, but we have seen it there. It's one reason we went to the Squared; much better material flow in the mold, and a slightly different material, so chassis breaks are way down.

I did not say eliminated. Given what we all do with our cars, breaks will never be eliminated.

Just a bit of an update on my X6, its now a squared and I have added Rude Bits under speedo weight, GPM solid bell crack and some C/S washers on front bulk head to chassis ala B4.1.

I have a V2 slipper clutch going on it soon and will mod the chassis to take saddle packs.

I was talking to someone a couple of weeks ago about who the car use to belong to but we didn't know. Motor plate and shell are fine but the shell is starting to show signs of wear and tear. Will have to sort something new for 2011 .

I wished it was the Karate club but it was driver error i'm afraid . They have a wall of death type thing onto the straight. As i came off it and gunned the throttle i didn't quite have it straightend up and it went over the track markings straight into a fence post. It was very cold so wether that had something to do with making the plastic a little more brittle i don't know.
