Default Big Bore shock setup for KF and K1 aero

OK so I'm new to big bores and would like some advice on setup for the following 2 scenarios

1: High grip astro, bumpy, small jumps outdoors

2: Medium grip carpet, polished floor in places, small jumps and rollers indoors

Any advice welcome, I'd like to know everything if possible (pistons, rebound, oil, springs etc.)

Thanks in advance

Default

I tend to use

FRONT (for indoors)

3 holes, with core rc 450cst shock oil and 4.0 springs

REAR

3 holes (drilles out to 1.65mm) with core rc 400cst shock oil and 2.5 or 2.0 springs

Hope this helps
