Thumbs up SIMPLY WELL DONE

We would like to say a massive WELL DONE to all our drivers this weekend. They were on top form and done brilliantly racing either the Predator or the Vega Elite.

Keep up the good work guys!

On one of my many marshalling expeditions at the Area 51GP, I saw Jordan Coleman who qualified 10th in the K final with his Predator on Sunday, he managed to overtake everyone in a couple of laps and came in 1st in his final. A truly great drive, well done.

As Swiss would say "it doesn't matter where you qualify, but winning the final is most important!".

I would have to agree with the above and say that all the Vega's @ Area 51 looked awesome.

As well as Jordan Coleman, another Predator X11 driver who won his final was Stephan Wilkinson both drivers also race B4 Vega's so it was Team Extreme all round. Tom Bate won his 4wd final with his 2wd Vega, just goes to show how good they really are.

It was my first time out with my new Predator X11 and qualified lower than I hoped, 9th in the I Final, got up to first for a lap then landed wrong off the large table top jump (driver error!!!) so DNF.

Brilliant w/end and can't wait to race Team Extreme products next time..

Thanks to the team for all their help, especially Team driver Will Johnson who was always on hand to help and give advice..

Scott..

Being a non- off roader these days (I finished in 1997) I just wondered if anyone had any idea where the highest placed Predators were ?

10th to 1st is aways a great result whichever final

It was my first weekend out with the RB5 Vega, very nice. Just a shame I didn't drive better.

It was also SteveB's first race too.

It was Will Johnson, he qualified 9th in the D Final and finished in 3rd.. to be honest he should be challenging in the B Final and had some issues at the weekend.. His car looked very fast though!!

HTH

Scott..
