Mad Rat FDR

Afternoon all.

I raced my Ansmann Mad Rat for the first time last night on an indoor carpet track.

The buggy is totally stock, running an HPI saturn 20t motor, with the standard 21t pinion and 81t spur.

It had plenty of punch out of the corners but it lacked some speed on the straights.

I have an ezrun 12t 3300kv combo lying around so it's going in the Mad Rat.

I notice Associated recommend an FDR of 10.03 for their B4.1 with a 3300kv. It just so happens that is the FDR of a stock Mad Rat.


What would be the best FDR for the ezrun combo on 2s lipo?
