Default Intellect 3800mAh 35C Lipo for Cat SX?

Hello, anyone use this battery on the Cat sx? This lipo have humps, is it fit ok?

It fits just perfect. I use IP 5000mah in mine. Just flip them over. There still is plenty of space to the pulley.

But, IP5000mah and 3800 lipos have humps? Do you use battery with them? 5000mah battery have about 25mm Height?

I use them in my cat without any problems. You will need to make a custom battery retainer though. (because of the bumps on the bottom of the battery)

I am using this retainer from atomic carbon: http://atomic-carbon.gforceimages.net/
Then you only have to put the battery upside down into the car, and it fits perfectly

racing-cars.com But why buy the chassis when you can solve the problem with a retainer? The only "disadvantage" is that you have to run with the lovely sticker down..
