Default Tx for a 10 year old with small hands

I'm after a tx for my 10 year old, who happens to have smaller hands than a typical child.

I've tried him with my Futaba 4GRS and my old KO Esprit, but even with the stick length reduced, he can't hold either comfortably.

So, I'm looking for practical recommendations for a suitable Tx, which I begrudgingly accept might need to be a wheel.

Thanks

My 4year old has started racing with a Sanwa mts and really likes the steering wheel.

Both my lads have started using rc cars and I got them both wheels.
Couple of reasons.
They are alot cheaper, even for a top of the range tx.
Though I have always used sticks I believe wheels are alot more ergonomical.

My daughter uses an Etronix Pulse stick tx. The case is smaller than other transmitters and the sticks are nice and short. Plenty of features too.
