RD alloy diff cases B64
I’ve just decided to change my diff cases to revolution designs alloy ones.
They come with there own gear bars, but I can’t seem to get them to fit the bars seem a tad bit long....has anyone else had this issue?

After reading this I thought I’d open the one I’ve just bought and again the bars are too long . Only way I can see to rectify it is too grind a tiny bit of of the bars ?

Cheers for the reply
I’ve took the dremal to mine, it’s not much to be removed but still 20£ a pop I’d expect them to be on point.. Much better than the plastic ones, I hopefully won’t strip the threads in them like I’ve done loads with the plastic diff cases

Another thing I thought of was the kit bars ? Would they not have fitted ? I know what you mean with the kit plastic threads stripping , they’re not great are they that’s one of the reasons I’ve bought one . It’s got nothing to do with being a bling whore I assure you

Lol no bling whores here
No the kit ones don’t fit just need rounding with the dremal . I’ve not seen any spare bars from RD yet either Got both diffs in now they look the part and can only do a better job..expensive but for me and my gorilla wrenching I’ll save some money lol
