Default Spektrum DX3R Review - oOple.com

Fabien Simonini reviews the excellent DX3R transmitter combo from Spektrum. Check out the review here:

With a house move and other things we've sat on a bunch of things for way too long so there'll be a bunch more content coming soon.

Nice review, I've recently switched to one of these from a 3pk too. It's a shame the plastics aren't the highest quality but other than that it's spot on. I really like how the breaking part of the trigger is stiffer it's made the breaks more controllable for me.

I've got the S version and one issue I had was with the 'roller' breaking due to pressing it at the right hand end. Pin on the roller is very small and is used as a support and it also has to turn the pot that allows you to scroll through the menu.

Not sure if the R has the same roller but try and use the roller from the left when you press to make changes

not mine but this is what happened

Fortunatley mine was repaired FOC by the importer even without POP

Looking at getting one of these and selling my Helios with Spektrum.

How have people found these over the season?

Oh how so?

If you come down I'll have a look etc was going to order before the weekend, but I think I'll hold. Got a Helios with all the bits at the mo, i.e. wheel extension, LIPO, Spektrum Pro module etc.

Cougar SV on wet astro isn't that bad, ran ok at Silverstone!

Yo!

Get yourself a pack of Energizer lithiums instead. You'll change batteries twice a year, they weigh nothing and there's no need for a voltage regulator and stuff...
