I have now read the rules as well, did not actually know that was in the rules.

So I apolgise to Grant
As soon as he made me aware his car was upside down I went to attend it, I did object the further abuse as I was actually getting to the car and that it why it took a bit longer than it might have done

So we are both in the wrong and broke the rules.
So lets forget it, ensure it does not happen again and try to ensure the East of England Regionals expand further
