Default First round of the FORCC summer series, at Dunkirk outside track

Here we go again, this Saturday coming, 18th June, sees the first round of our summer series at our Dunkirk track.

The format itself for the day will run roughly as follows:
Gates open at 8 o'clock
2WD class, 4WD class and Truck class, (numbers permitting)
Under 14's, under 19's and seniors

We should be able to run 4 qualifiers and 3 finals, but please be aware this is aimed as being a more relaxed days racing, although no corners will be cut.

Toilets will also be open on the day, however there will be no food available, so you will need to bring your own.

Please try to support our FORCC summer series if you can, as so much time and effort goes into putting such events on, it would be a shame not to see you there,

Kind regards,
Alan

Well have spoken to the others and its a go at the moment for tomorrow, yes it,s pouring down at the moment but they say tomorrow will be better so all we can do is get up there in the morning and give it a go.

Hope to see you in the morning and do not get there till 7.30 as the gate will not be open till then.

Regards Alan

Thanks to all that supported the first club meeting at the outdoor track today. I think everybody enjoyed it as did I, nice and relaxed. Also the weather did'nt defeat us and the guys in race control got all the races completed.

Hope to see you all at the next one.

Dave

Great relaxed days racing. Thanks to those that ran the show and were flexible enough with the running order that we didn't have to stand out in what Mother Nature decided to throw at us for any length of time.

Also thanks to John A for letting me shelter under his gazebo and to Sausage for providing 240V and tea
