Default SX3 Pics (with Electrics)

As there's been a few requests for pictures in a few different threads I thought I'd start a new one.

I've just finished wiring mine up, it took a while, but I think it's come out quite well

One thing I've noticed is that it is quite light, 1560g with mini-spikes on, but no shell/under tray.

If anyone has any questions feel free to ask.

To the batteries

I've got them going behind the spur to keep them out the way

Yeh I'm racing at Worksop tomorrow.

The capacitor is between the servo and speedo under the top deck. The shell is with Keith, hopefully will arrive today

As standard kit it is all steel screws. I've replaced the two rear screws on the rear top deck with button heads, which just happen to be ti, the rest are all std steel.

Arrow

From memory, you would need:

Side & Rear belts
Centre & Rear Lower Transmission housings
Chassis, lipo cradle, battery posts, straps & top decks
Centre Layshafts, slipper plates and misc. bearings
Motor mount & side gears
Side belt tensioner
Bodyshell & under tray
And a few parts I've probably missed

So there is quite a bit that is different, and there mainly the expensive alloy/carbon parts

Pretty much all I think, except the obvious, like chassis and top deck. The gearbox tops are the same.

Have all the team drivers got prototype SX3's for testing or are they the final version and been delivered by plane whilst the rest of us have to wait for the 100's of kits that are currently on a slow boat from China? Just wondered if there was likely to be any further changes which could delay the launch date
