A bit car dependant, I use 15 - 5 for Fergus B44.3 and 10 - 7 for my Azarashi. Anything in those ranges should get you going.

Default how was it

How was the car with 7k front and 5k rear it look fast enough. if the rear end was a bit loose go up to 7k rear

it seemed ok. i struggled with the track for some reason but the car seemed ok, will give it a couple more weeks then may tweek here and there...
