The chassis transforms the Dex410 to a totally new car. Luckily enough this did suit my driving style. After balancing and setting up suspension following this thread on rctech.net the DMX410 was no more the heavy aircraft carrier it felt sometimes but is very agile and has loads of steering. At least on the indoor carpet track we raced last weekend. I have not yet measured weight after the conversion, will post asap.

A nice side effect is the much better accessibility of the motor screws and no more removing of the spur gear for battery change.

I will be interested to see what this weighs. Obviously the shorty will save some weight also.

It looks really well executed and frees a bit of room which is no bad thing.

If it helps settle the rear, saves weight, and steers almost as well it looks like an excellent investment.

For €299 that should at least knock 1 sec/lap from your times... or make it easier to walk around lightning your wallet like that
