Default Cutting Spektrum aerials

I know on the older Spektrum receivers your could cut down the aerials to a certain size which was great!
I have a Spektrum DX3R now though which came with 2x DSM2 Micro receivers.

Does anyone know if you can cut these aerials down? And if so to what length?

It's a SR3100 receiver by the way

I just answered my own question, but incase anyone else was wondering

'Spektrum’s SR3100 receiver (included with the DX3R) features a coaxial antenna. Do not cut the antenna.'
