Default B6 set up help

After some info and help please to make sure I am going the right way? Changing the pills on my B6, high roll centers, low roll centers, more width, narrower? I have tried to read up on it but it’s just a massive minefield to me, any info and help would be great

Thanks

Hi,

For the moment don't worry about roll centres.

If you want to change the roll centre, adjust the ball studs at the shock tower or on the hub.

Are you running the alu 'd' rear mount?
(Information below assumes you are running the alu 'd' rear mount.

With the alu 'd' rear mount you can run different pills in the c and d mount.

Link to chart is here: https://www.teamassociated.com/pdf/c...Pill-Chart.pdf

Basically if you are running the same pill front and rear then you have 3 deg toe and 1 squat.

(Pivot width and roll centre then depend on what pill you are using, refer to the chart.)

This is how I work it. Stock setting is the centre pill front and rear. So running 3 deg toe and 1 squat.

Because it is easier to access I change the pill in the 'd' mount. So if I want more rear toe I would run the .5 middle pill, dot out, making the rear wider. If I want less toe the its the same pill (.5 middle) facing in, making the rear narrower.

So more squat run .5/1 centre down, less squat run them up.

If you want to make the rear pivot wider, same as above. .5/1 front and rear (pointing out) you'll be running .5/1 wider pivot with 3 deg toe and 1 squat. Again tune from there.

Let me know if any of the above is confusing.

MiCk B. :-)
