4wd regionals

does anyone know what is happening for the 2 regionals that we have missed now so far. oswestry have offered to do a meeting.

Acording to the midwest website dudley had been cancelled totally and by the looks of it kiddy will be re arranged at a later date but sleigh will comfirm everything when he returns proberly.

would have thought it virtually impossible to re-arrange as all regionals should be run before the end of season finals. as there's no free weekends before they start ''i'' would say it will be 2 from 3 to count

I hope the kiddy one is rescedualled as ive only raced the xx4 once at regionals and that was a shocking result. I was last as i only finished one race. And i limped it around then as i broke it on the fist few laps.

what about combining the last 2wd regional with 4wd? would get a few more entries in im sure. Am i right in saying its at Coventry?

but i need good scores in both 2 & 4wd so how would you get aroubd that ???so i would have to run both classes in the day ??

Any news yet from Phil, as the Euro's are now over, although there may be nationwide discussions going on at this weekends meeting at southport regarding the bad weather and cancelled regionals as to when the end of year finals are run!!

Lets wait and see if Phil comes up with a official confirmation.

yup that would be the idea.

Im in the same boat just cant see any way around it, unless a sat is an option? but then u will get the ones who work sat and cant get time off etc

So far im looking at 1 2wd score and no 4wd score so im pretty much shafted but was counting on 4wd re-runs for championship.

Another downside is the kit side.....some folks wont have the gear for two classes so i guess that idea grinds to a halt.

The only other thing that could be done is to move the end of season finals to later on in the year (perhaps at an indoor location??) to allow the missing regionals to be re-run?

Lets hope something gets decided, and soon...

I some how dont think they will move the end of season finals as it will cost as some venues will have to book there area where they race in advance which means they could loose a deposite. Which will cost the club or possibly the brca money so i doubt them will move the end of season finals.
