Default 1/10 Electric off road - Devon

Hi guys,

Due to present circumstance I may be moving to Devon in the coming weeks. I will be based in Kings Bridge.

What is the racing scene like there and are there any indoor/outdoor clubs that run regularly? I am willing to travel up to an hour or so for a good club!

If anyone could give me any info that would be grand

From there, Torbay has indoor clubs, and did have an outdoor track, though they were in the process of relocating I believe.

After that you have outdoor tracks at Tiverton to the North, and WORM a little further North again in Weston-super-Mare. A little further North again in Yatton (near Clevedon) there's a permanent indoor club too.

Or going Deeper South and West, there is the West Cornwall RC club, they are right down near Camborne...so about as deep as you can go into Cornwall.

I think there might be 1 or 2 other small clubs around too...but those are the main ones I know about!

All have sections on here, so hope that helps a bit.

Default TRCMCC

Hi I run a club every other Wednesday evening.

We are based near Ottery St Mary about 15 mins east of Exeter.

Check out our club section here on Oople.

Cheers

Paul

Plymouth has an outdoor circuit. Looks cool from the pictures. Might be checking it out in the coming months. It has open days on Sundays when racing is not on, IIRC.

plymouth off road track is a little to bumpy for a 1/10th buggy i think

Really? That's a shame. Found a circuit near Bath, Springleaze. Tempted to go see that one too.

Yep Plymouth is definitely not suitable for a 10th buggy. Torbay has an indoor track there is also Tiverton about an hour away.
