Default +8mm CF SV chassis on an SV2

Right, is there any problem with fitting the older +8mm carbon chassis from the SV to the newer SV2. I am trying to increase side-bite on the rear and feel that the kit chassis is just to stiff for my liking.

i was told it would fit
I'm a little intrigued, lack of side bite on the rear isn't something we have ever suffered with in fact we have removed the rear turn buckle bar and gone for the old battery brace at the rear of the old car to get rid of it and gain more front end

It is an ongoing handling issue a few of us are having down here. Feels a little edgy and uncompliant.

Hi Steve,

I have a spare +8mm carbon chassis if you would like to try it.

Not around till Saturday though.

Cheers

That is what I use in the US. have you tried to reduce anti squat as well. i am pretty sure you have. My car is pretty much a mixture of sv and sv2. I use the original transmission as it does not have all that additional friction points to help with grip.
