Default Tamiya Schu-box

Homebrew conversion based on an engineless 1/16th Schumacher Rascal

Uses standard lower deck, gearbox and suspension, with Fibrelyte cut top deck, upper body mounting plate and motor mount.

Body mounting bulkheads, wheel adaptors and shortie retainers are from
Shapeways.

It's currently powered by a 6.5t motor and is incredible fun to drive, although quite scary due to tendancy to lift a rear wheel under braking, causing it to diff out.

Very nice job..👍.....would have thought that lifting front wheels under acceleration would have been a bigger problem than braking..!

I've seen this run, I love the concept. Actually something I wouldn't mind trying myself, with a Pumpkin shell of course.
