Default K2 shocks

Had to strip both front shocks today as the diagphram's were both pushed into the shock bodys restricting the travel, why does this happen ?

Also there seems to be an extra o ring thats in the shock bags but not shown in the build ?.
It fits kinda snuggly in the shock cap so does it go there or around the top of shock body ???

The extra o ring is for building the shocks in emulsion shocks
If you've used the bladders and the o rings this may be why the bladders are collapsing

Whilst recently building my son's K2 found that I had to be careful as a couple of times I hadn't seated the bladders properly and after a few pumps of the shaft the shock locked and I found the bladder had gone inside the shock.
