Ah no, unfortunately mine was 2 arms so it can't have been mine. Oh and I did manage to beat them through the flush with my right leg, I left no suprises for anyone.

Yeh whoever launched abuse at H and you Mills is a cock, I have a lot of respect for you guys as I know you listen and I know without more people like you the sport/hobby/addiction doesn't survive. So don't let the minority kill your enthusiasm. I do want to go back in 2010

the minority that like to spill there dislike into other posts that have nothing to do with the track

I have no complains about the track after the my best start ever to a National Series, finishing 26th on both days - thanks for the points

I agree with most comments on here regarding the straight, it was really bumpy but surely that should have meant that people could have / should have slowed down a little?? I did and it paid dividends!! In the 4wd final I even managed to go full chat down the straight, maybe that was too much commitment.

My only real complaint / moan was the first double in 4wd which was the last double in 2wd. If it wasn't for the randomness of it I could have even made the 'B' final but saying that other people may not have made mistakes.

Thanks to Tally (esp Mills and H - you are the only 2 I know from there) for a great weekend, I'd like to go back in 2010 and I'm glad there are more tracks in 2009 that can't be classed as 'home' tracks should be a great season.

well done to Phil Sleigh and Tom Cockerill (and Tom Yardy), we all know Ellis will be back strong for Oz, ill be cheering

I think I’d be telling fibs if I said didn't curse the straight a couple of times yesterday but I actually though the layout was pretty good. I really hope that all the guys involved don't get disheartened, with some levelling and reprofiling of the jumps its done and I think it will be a great national track that people will be happy to return to each year.

I know what its like to be on the receiving end of criticism, luckily by the time Stotfold had a national we'd had time to sort thing out, but it does make you feel like all your hard work is unappreciated and often the people that complain don't make any contribution. The club (milzy, H and all the others I don't know) obviously did everything they could and must have worked extremely hard to get it there.... with a little bit more work it will be a great track to return to next year.

Well done to Yardy and Sleigh for the wins and Nathan and Spenner for their first national A's.

A *BIG* THANKS to Talywain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You guys did a great job and I am sure it will be even better next year!!!!!!

We learn from our mistakes and from peoples comments.

I had no trouble with the straight, but then I went so slow I didn't even notice the bumps!!! Hahahaha

Also thanks to Mike and Grant Williams for you assistance with my car, and Tony for helping with the MC-ing, I found it very difficult to commentate without Mr Harris and race, but still very much enjoyed my weekend!!!!

Thanks to all the volunteer BRCA people!!!!!!!!!!!! Without you we would not even have an event!!!!!! And it was great to see Chris again, the BRCA chairman!!!! Oh and where is my BRCA jacket!!! hahahaha

Another well done to the club, lots of effort gone into the track and while it was very rough the layout was really good.

My only complaint (other than the straight of course) was also the first double in 4wd which I couldn't seem to do for fudge, it seemed to change every lap.

I think the problem with the straight is/was caused by the 8th's running down the banking and slamming into the flat making it washboard. If we'd have had a slow corner at the end of the straight leading onto the banking the bumpy straight wouldn't have been such an issue.

More of the same next year Millzy, except can we go on/off the banking at lower speeds, the impact the cars go through on the transition between the banking and flat was nuts.
