Default LRP Flow Works Drag Brake

Just after some advice if anyone has done any testing of the drag brake, the reason for me asking is that I've never used and sold my speedo but the chap I've sold it to isn't happy stating the drag brake doesn't work at all even at the maximum setting. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

What version of the firmware is it running? I have V3.8 and I normally run between 9 and 18% drag brake and I can tell the difference.

My first guess would be it's not been reset and then set up to his transmitters endpoints. If his throttle trigger is just out of neutral, either just a bit on throttle or brake, then the drag brake wont work.
