Ran my Tardis today at Eden Park, and it was dialled. It gave me loads of confidense to push much harder than I could with the standard car. Qualified 3rd overall and finished 5th, my best result, EVER!

So rd3 of the WRCA regionals took place yesterday and the tardis secured a 1st in mr belstens hands and a 2nd place for me, with a std 22 in 3rd
So a AC/Losi 22 top 3 lockout

The weather changed from damp start day to dry qualifiers, then 2 rounds of rain filled qualifiers and then a very wet final and i have to say the car was VERY planted in comparison to other cars, i only added the extra rear weight kit to the suggested setup due to the conditions and only once the whole day did i loose the back end even on worn bb greens

The more i run this car the better it gets and so do my results

thumbs up again

Just wondering if any of you have run the Tardis 22 on dirt and how it compared to the original 22 in mid motor on dirt. Also what brass weight are people using for the lipo weight?

With the stock losi in mid you almost can't drive On dirt . With THE tardis you have à lot more grip i run also with THE Cream Weight and back weight from losi. I must still try alot but i feel there is a good setup possible for THE tardis On dirt .

Default Waithing for my Tardis:)

Just bought a used but nearly perfect kit from a fellow oopler today. Cant wait to build and test it. The 22 was dailed with my mid saddelpack 50G setup. The track is a Tight, rough high grip astro track. Any setup tips for that kind of astro track?. After reading this tread im a little bit nervous about understeer

This is the setup i use on my tardis for astro tracks, and i think understeer will not be a problem you will have the 22 is a very oversteery car, which we reduced by going to the 25 deg kickup and 5 deg castor blocks.

Front - 60 wt, 5 hole 1.5mm, Blue or Black spring
Rear - 60 wt, 5 hole 1.5mm, Yellow spring or Pink
4.0 deg HRC
2 deg AS
Front camber - long link, 1mm under both ball studs
Rear camber - 3mm outer 2mm inner, C location out inner hole.
SWB on rear hub
25 deg kickup with 5 deg castor blocks.
110 gram weight under lipos, no other extra weights on the car, no rear bolt on weight either.

Trying to find a 110g weight that will fit but no luck. Anyone?. Had my first drive with the car yesterday. Wow,more grip and more steering. The only downside was the bumps. Really didnt handle that vell on the rough parts. Waithing for some 60wt losi oil,i think that will do the trick . This car has alot of potensial

Tried today tardis 22 on painted concrete. Setup was directly from my rear motor 22, as I just transfered parts to tardis. Also gear diff with 5000 oil. Car was quite fast from beginning, mini pins on both ends. Only took 10g of the back (losi mid motor weight). I also used under lipo weight. Rear grip is good in this car!

I will run this car at Finnish winterjumps next month..
