I think so, got home dried it all out and all seems ok, in the airing cupboard now!

If i start a general race chat, can you make it sticky?

yep mine too, brushless is good but add water (which there was a lot of this Sunday) and they don't like it.

going back to brushed while it is so wet. checkpoint 10 double.

rubbish day for me too, snapped a shock shaft.

well there always is next week but I might give it a miss don't know yet.

Indeed and with the timing system we were able to have accurate race information!

Your B4 did look like it was going very well.. Shall I pursuade Steve to get his B4 running as his XXCR has gone into hibernation till Spring?

Is that the 15+ year old Acoms

It's vintage, mate. Vintage. Don't make 'em like they used to . I do need to look into either getting a transmitter with adjustable stick tension, or finding some stronger springs for my 2.4GHz set.

I'd love to have Steve show me how it's done (as always) with his B4. Really, though, I think we should get him running his B4 or XX in the 4wd class, to give him a bit of a challenge

Just to let you know, i had a great time on sunday. Despite the weather the previous day, the track was still very race-able. I'm glad a couple of people remembered me (surnames Brown mainly), and it was really great to be back racing off-road at TORCH after ten years.

Anyone thinking of popping down to race at TORCH, i can highly recommend it as a fun morning of honest racing.

Great Meeting with all thumbs up from me.

I can get the B4 out for a meeting just to give it a shake down but love the chase in 4WD, I want a 13 laps in the wet to prove Dibble wrong, providing this weekend is not raining, I wet track it will be, after the weekends weather forecasts in the south. So hopefully Sunday AM will be bright skys.
