Default What SC Truck?

My son has raced SC for the last 2.5 years.
He races a Durango DESC210.
I have a rolling chassis for sale with spares and quite a few spare wheels and tyres if you are interested?
I'm only asking £60.
He has been an A finalist in the Short Course Nationals with the DESC210 and they are pretty much the truck to have in the 2WD class.

What clubs are local to you? what do they race?
You'll probably get more mileage from a 1/10th buggy. SC is a bit of a dead class, racing wise in the UK tbh.

Agree that SCT is a bit of a unlucky class in UK . Have to travel to race . BUT when you see 10 SCT trucks going into corners compared to buggy's , you will know you made the right decision .
I got a Slash 4x4 (don't ) great now its upgraded, but don't. I got a Tekno SCT 410.3 (do) not cheap but what a truck ,lots raced . If i was on a budget i would get a Maverick Timber wolf , looks strong and upgradable and supported by HPI .also i think it is a cracking deal ? Go SCT ,go against the flow and race Awesome . or go buggys and fade away ?

No Probs

Make sure you get yourself down to the Silverstone Club at some point you'll have a good time racing the SC's.
Also look into the SC Nats the racing is close and friendly.
In 2WD LOL
