Charge them seperately (1S) to identical voltage a few times and see if the balance restores?

hi ive had the same problem today 5500 90c saddles one set balance charges fine but the other set will only charge to 8.18v and the amps will go from 5 amps down to 0 amps .it will not fully charge them .but they charge fine on normal charge. so how do in get them to balance charge again cheers zip

Charge each individual pack individually on a standard charge, will bring them right back in line.

I've had this happen from time to time on all LiPo's I've owned including stick packs so it's nothing to do with the 90C saddles.
