Default wasp racing slipper

anyone have the instructions for adjusting the slipper.
i have one for the procat, with a 2 piece delrin spur gear and cant get the slipper to adjust properly, just slips no matter how much it is tightened

Hi
Between the nut and the plate that goes against the spur gear adapter were a series of cone washers. Make sure these are still cone. the idea was you have them back to back face to face )()()( to make up a spring like effect.
You could then get the slipper set, lock down the grub screw so it didn't undo and still be able to change spurs without having to rebuild and reset. (which was popular back then as duration was an issue and changing motors while one was being skimmed etc.)
