I too must admit it looks fantastic. Except for those horrible wheels.

Anyone else think it ironic now Ben Riley has stopped racing a pred, it's the only car that actually comes with orange wheels???

I just don't see anything thats going to make it handle any better on a bumpy track than the current car. Bearing in mind there are no electrics in the car in the photo's there appears to be only a

very, very short shock stroke.
maybe it's been slammed for the photo shoot

Anyone know the answer re-screws, first thing I upgrade on a car are screws, can't stand the thought of cheap nasty ones rusting away, does this new X11 come with the nice shinny screws pictured?

If the screws are the same as the x10 and they look it in the pictures. They are titanium, the dull grey look to them points at them being Ti.
Nice to see the changes to the gear box tops, but i only broke one since the x10 was released. The adjustability does it for me.

I like those logos on the wishbones as it's something I already did on my X10 - mine say Atomic Carbon tho! haha

The screws will be decent, no worries. The X10 doesn't have one single nasty self tapping screw anywhere, the X11 will be the same. There won't be any issues with durability, the X10 is as strong as a tank - the X11 can only be stronger from what I see.

Pretty sure it does, but not on the prop shaft like the X10, I think it has one way bearings supporting the front diff in the front gearbox.

It seems maybe not. The prop doesn't look to have one, and i'm sure it lists front one way as optional.

One way - Optional
An optional front one way unit has been tested by our Team Drivers, and is awesome.

the one-way should be optional as a guess, seen as tht is what the site says

the car looks so much nicer in blue!

I don't know how to put on those smily things onto posts properly, but that did make me laugh !
The reason it's pointless Graham is that my missus is expecting twins in September, so my racing days are numbered..... :-(

The saving grace is that we found out today, that they are both boys :-) so hopefully after this summers done, I might get to race again in 2014 !

Might as well wait for the Pred X18 I reckon... bugger.

So, i met some of you at the Cactus & someone mentioned the X11. So does anyone know when & how much it'll cost here in the US? & who's distributing it? Cheers, Brodie.

With the weak dollar right now it'll cost a small fortune I fear. Shame, because it could do with some US exposure. Email xtreme rc and get the lowdown

Ps This is speculation on my behalf!

You can buy them direct from www.ttechracing.com/X11
Or www.xtreme-rc.biz
They are not on the site to purchase as yet, but you can pre-order one via e-mail or mail order
