The sc10 diff has 1 more tooth and from our local club knowledge it wrecks gearboxes... well it has to 2 of our members...

One of our local racers dropped the SC gear diff and has never had an issue. He did break the thing in for a while i think before he raced it..

I am running the ae sc diff.. Never has a issue.. did not have to shim.. Just dropped it and ran it. No issues.. Its been about 6 months now..

I was going to buy the RTR diff but changed my mind.. Why it works great..

Hi,Has anyone run a gear diff on a grass track ? If so what wt oil did you find works best ? Motor were you running, and in mid or rear set-up?
