Tracks near Mulhouse/Strasbourg/Bale - if not I may look at building one

I know this will be pretty fruitless, but wanted to know if there were any tracks near the Suisse/France/German borders for off-road 1/10 scale.

If not I was going to look at building my own one.

Also are there any racers out there in the area?
