Can anyone please tell me how to send a private
Message to sombody everytime i try it sends me
Back to my inbox and shows there is no sent messages sent

I'll just have a quick look at your settings to make sure everything is as it should be.

Click "User CP", then click "Edit Options"
Is your page the same as this? (this page is scrolled down a little)
