Did anyone notice the tires on all the carswas slicks nearly.

I guess they run additive on the tires? for the grip

Rob,

I think you will find they are foams!!

Very good for clay type surfaces and indoors.

I ran foams on my FS last night and came 4th in the A final against the touring car boys.

Neil they were slicks.. track had very good traction, and they had to grind down normal rubber tyres to slicks and use additive.. they were all at with with dremels etc..

Even at PDA, the proline tyre of choice is holeshot.

Tebo's car looks to be on rails!

Yea most of the indoor tracks in the us have so much traction that the tread actually hurts traction so we wear the tires down to almost or full slicks. Can make the racing really close, but kinda takes the fun out of 2wd, because you don't have to worry about breaking traction as much, and that why I like the class so much, it is simple but takes great skill to master.

Nick
Have you found any difference when driving?
In Spain we received the kit a week ago ( http://www.positivonegativo.com/tien...prod_1211.html) , but due to bad weather we have not proved anything.

Regards

positivo - i see that you run the small plastic triangular piece with 2 button head screws (on top of the motor). do you know what that does?

never been able to figure it out so i run my RB5 without that piece.

Sorry was not to clear. I meant buying the upgrade only as a complete package. I can only find individual parts. And nobody I have found has all of them in stock at once.
