Default Which motor/esc combo for DEX210 kit build?

I'm thinking of building a DEX 210 from the kit box.

Trying to gather together a list of items to buy to complete the kit.

I'd be interest to know which motor/ESC combination would be best suited for an astro turf/carpet set up?

I've been looking at the Speed Passion Reventon-Pro ESC Grey-V3.0-10.5MMM Combo.

Would this be suitable?

Any other suggestions for would be welcome.

DEX 210 RTR
PBM Racing.
BMRC.

Thats fine but look at a 6.5-8.5 range youll always want to go faster after a while. Turn your radio down or lower the settings in the beginning if its too fast

I went for the same combo with a 7.5 motor, it depends on where your planning on racing.

If you have problems with the fan rubbing on the shell you can install it like this:

The fan blows through the esc which I think might just be even better for cooling. Thats installed on a RM car but will work for a MM as well
