Get yourselves booked in for this event... It will be under a roof so no getting wet but the surface is brilliant to race on. A mix of Dirt,Rubber Synthetic stuff... I'm sure someone can give some better details.

I ran minispikes (yellows) last year I believe thats what most run... There maybe a better tyre out there worth trying.

Minispikes did wear well and gave a reasonable amount of grip in 2wd

Cant wait for this...

Craig..... like Kash says, yellow minispikes worked best from what I used. A new set, with no spikes cut off, and after 4 rounds and finals, no wear at all on the tyre

Are they rules on tyres for regionals eg ballistic/schu mini spike rear ? or is it open ?

As chris said a new set of yellow spikes had no wear after a days racing and seemed to work ok as i remember

maybe some soft american rubber would be good but not sure if they will be time or anyone brave to try something different , if allowed !

Andy,

Tyres are Open, its not as strict as Nationals, so anything goes.

The blow up kind are permissible in the privacy of your own dwelling, the real animals around the site are completely out of bounds !
