I built the steering rack on my kit and the futaba won't go in there!

Simon Bettens drives Aero with a Sanwa thing, I'll ask him or maybe he'll be here and answer you before I got the chance.

Yes dave its the one you get as part of the package.

I would also get yourself a couple of pairs of b44 wishbones the aero fronts are like cheese, i broke 1 in a year on the bj4 and i have done both fronts on the aero in 5 packs of cells

Its an easy mod just run a 3mm drill through the holes where the hinge pins go and take off the little knob, at the abck of the wishbone, you will see where i mean.

I'm also driving a spektrum micro receiver, so I can't help.
The big spektrum receiver fits also but then you have to dremel a bit,
so I won't advise it.

But if you only drive brushed than you can put the speedo underneath the steering rack and put the receiver on the place of the speedo.

the 40mhz blue cased Sanwa I have won't fit in, ever. But the smaller black cased ones will - have a look at my other post.. I'm sure you already did it anyway but hey!

I went micro in the end Jimmy as when I mocked it up on full lock the steering fouled the receiver, but when I then attached the suspension/servo (having sold the sanwa and bought the micro!) I realised that you don't really use all the steering link lock in reality so it would have fit all along, doh!!

By the way, I think (haven't tried it but looked) if you use an R1 esc and mount it upright then the futaba 2.4 receiver will fit in between the servo and esc!
