Default Camping, BBQ and Site Rules for RHR - Invernational X 2019

oOple Invernational Site Rules:

You will be given a copy of these site rules on entry to the venue at a RHR.

You will also be given a Camping Paid Receipt which you need to display on your caravan, camper or tent.

Camping/Caravans £3/night per unit
240v power for charging in the barn £1/day

A proportion of these fees will be donated to the local Dog Charity

RHR postcode in case of emergency S81 8EU
Nearest hospital - Bassetlaw at Worksop, S71 0BD

- BRCA members only within track confines
- Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian and kept under control at all times
- Site road vehicle speed limit 5mph, keep designated roadways clear (see plan) for everyone’s convenience and emergency access
- Pets must be controlled by owner/guardian and any fowling cleared up and removed from site
- No bikes/ball games on track, only R/C racing
- Very high fire risk, take extreme care with BBQ’s, after use let coals cool down and wet them, then dispose of in bin bag when completely cold, do not throw in hedge bottom or field
- Keep out of surrounding fields
- Clean up your litter/empty beer bottles etc, use the bins provided, or if they are full ask for a bin bag at race control and put in the skip near the entrance, set an example to everyone - the waste in the skip will go to be sorted and recycled
- Take great care when exiting the site, the traffic including many motorcyclists often pass the site at high speed
- Do not leave dogs in hot cars
- Remove all tent pegs and bbq bricks from ground after use
- No flying of drones or planes, we are in Robin Hood Airport airspace and have no insurance cover for third parties
- Feel free to pit in the big barn or marquee, if in the marquee it must be vacated by 2pm Saturday until Sunday morning for the bands performance on Saturday night
- Bouncy castles are free, we have employed staff but children must be supervised by a parent/guardian

- Enjoy yourself!
