It's prolly just a field

I'll hang around the 'pond' in the village if you wanna meet up Carl...

Chaps, you won't find it! Plus the land owner doesn't like "strangers" kicking around if you do find it! I'm hoping to get some work done at the track tomorrow afternoon, give me a shout on 07786400841 and I'll give you directions, or meet you in downham.
Cheers, Barry.

You can give the track a go if you wish, but it is quite rough at the moment, I am in the process of rolling it. I have some pictures which I emailed Tom and George, I will try and post them up shortly.

Let me know if you get any hard graft from eather of them......possibly some photographic evidence to use against them next time I post a track work day

If it's as good as your 8th track was when I had a go it will be spot on.

I'm back from my adventures

I found the track...my eagle eye's spotted the rostrum on my 2nd drive around the village.

Epic work you've done. I've got some pics of the astro turf track on my phone. It was too damn cold to stay that long, had a real nice chat with the fella who uses the hangers

I think it's gonna be a cracking regional this year!

I am astounded at the level of work gone in to the tracks in the region already and there is still more continuing everywhere!!!

I am looking forward to taking dents out of all your hard work!

Thumbs up Very Nice

Went out and had a look, and a lap. (added a vent hole in a pipe) Met Barry, we just missed you jason.
There is a bloody big 1/8th track, I mean its BIG, you need a map to follow it....FANTANSTIC
The 1/10th track is all astro with no sand added, so its spur gear friendly.
Its a big track with a nice mix, some jumps n stuff are being made, and small domes added to corners.
You can tell alot of time, money and effort has gone into this track.
The rostrum is HUGE, This is a very nice venue, and I hope people will travel I think its better than Eastrax
Barry said he may run a club day before the regional, a shakedown.

You can see the rostrum from the A134, on the left if heading south. Look for the hangers and its just to the left of them.

As im about a mile from the track, let me know if there is a club day or a few hours to test it out and i'll pop down. I have a Rc8e and a B4 so would love a go of both tracks. Great work that im sure will be enjoyed!

I could only stitch 2 of the photos, but gives a better idea of the track.
