Early 80's Kyosho pan car?

Going down memory lane here... trying to find pictures or info about my first RC car. Kyosho had two models of the same car (only difference was body shell). The chassis was a red lexan/polycarbonate plate with a simple back-end. It had sponge wheels, stiff rear axle (IIRC) and a mechanical wiper type speed controller for the 540 motor.

The bodies were Nissan Skyline and Toyota Soarer, thus the kits had the same names.

Does anyone have memories of the same and perhaps a picture or two? google hasn't been any helpful...
