Can I use a brushless motor without a rear belt tensioner? If yes, would 13.5T be good to start on a carpet track? I am a "pro" basher, but still a beginner racer.
Thanks
Ubi
To be honest with a 13.5 you should be able to run the standard slipper clutch and belts without tensioner. You'll just need to make sure cars in good order but we all do so should be fine.

Are the Yokomo wheels to suit pink 2.2"?
I may have a lead on the adapters but trying to figure out wheels are correct to use on a ZXS

No, only outdoors. Mind you I love twitchy cars with looser back end but still with grip and found it was better without on carpet and slippery tracks but on grass and on clay high grip I used a rear bar

Default Lazer ZX-RR resto, special knuckle arms

Hi,

I am currently restoring another ZX-RR (Equalizer shocks, Hyperclutch, ...).

I realized that the car is equipped with some special front knuckle arms (see pics). They seem to be Kyosho but maybe from another car???

Does anybody have more info on these knuckle arms?

Thanks and best

Ralf

Default 3D printed parts

I have durability issues with some of the parts I got 3D printed by Shapeways in "versatile plastic". They have a new material called "professional plastic" that is supposed to be stronger and more durable, but it is twice as expensive!
Has anyone tried this "professional plastic" material. And if yes, is it worth the extra money?

Thanks,

Ubi
