Default shells to fit Cougar SV

Hello everyone,

I've recently started racing again after a 2 year break and have caught the R/C bug again. I currently own a CAT SXII and a Cougar SV which I know have been superseeded many times in the last few years, but due to understanding how to set these cars up, and more importantly can't see the point in spending the best part of a grand replacing them. This brings me to ask whether anyone knows if the cab forward cougar SV2 shell fits the cougar SV? I'm not sure if the chassis width on the SV2 is narrower or not. If it does, does it require the +8mm chassis and top deck? Many Thanks in advance!

The SV2 comes with the sloped back body.... the KR/SVR come with a cab forward body that you can use on the SV/SV2 with some trimming. Ive ran it on my SV2 for a long time now
