Default Show Off Your S104 EK1

Here is mine before it gets dirty.

One little tip as pictured below, if you cut a small gap into the ESC shelf it gives you a little channel to run the power cap wires and sensor lead.

When I saw the per production car it was full of carbon and looked the business ! The released car looks a bit cheap and plasticky IMO. No doubt it still goes well though.

the carbon top decks are available as option,

might be plasticy but then so are Durango, Losi, even yokomo has plastic top decks. The difference is its 8th plastic, not the brittle rubbish everyone else uses for 10th.

It is also a scaled down 8th car effectively so is going to have different flex characteristics to a more conventional 10th.

yes, it takes both saddles and shorties. With the saddles you get a near 50% front/rear weight ratio, with plenty of space left in the back to add some more weight if needed. Talking about weight, it's kinda heavy, it puts more than 1800grams on the scales, that is ready to race of course.

I have spend an afternoon with it on a dirt track, I must say, it has potential.

I've seen the buggy go myself i was pitting next to stu at bury when he ran it. I've just built a brandnew 410 v3 and to compare the to is easy the sworkz is that easy to build my little girl could do it you get 2 bodyshells and stick and saddle set up with the kit, when you are building for example the front end everything you need from a screw to shock tower is i the same bag you don't have look around for the bits which saves loads of time.. The only thing i would say after seeing it run that well and seeing his sent up running stick shorty isn't the way as stu ran with abit of weight on rear so i have already used some spares i have and making it myself.. Iam hoping get the elecs in it when speedo comes and then run it indoors Tuesday night i think... Getting used to all the adjustment you can make wont be easy at 1st as you even can adjust the travel on the wishbones it's just a really well put together bit of kit in my view and building it was a joy just over 3 half hours with coffee breaks upto now

Don't know about that, I have build them as per the manual and they work fine. I however have cut the bladders.

Spacer in or out, you may find the orings too tight.

Solution is to use the yokomi high grade blue orings. No need to remove the space then and super smooth
