My modification of XX4 to fit stick pack lipo (copied idea from RCTech, no saddles because I'm racing TC). I still have esc and PT in my TC so I still don't know how much lead I need to put on servo side. I've done also front shock tower reinforcement and front brace mod. CR rear has to wait.

Ash, Where did you get the lead from?

Also can you use the 4900 saddles or is the 3200 the only option

Thanks for the info.

Hi guys

Adam: Its the 3200 saddle the dimensions are

3200 saddle - 71mm - 47mm - 22mm As far as im aware this pack is not BRCA legal

where as the

3900 saddle - 70mm - 47mm - 30mm As far as im aware this pack in not BRCA legal

Its a very tight fit and ive had to dremmel part of the belt tunnel that sticks out to hold the battery straps in to allow it to fit with the lead.

As for the lead is you PM jono83 on here he will be able to supply you with some lead a good price.

Danny Im affraid i cant take a pic as the lipo pictured above is at trakpower as one of the cells went down so i am awaiting a replacment.

Just wanted to show mine as well, even though we have lots of images from wayboarder.

Car felt extremely balanced with the LiPo on one side. I actually bought and saddle LiPo to put in the car (I race in the US, ROAR considers the 4800 Trakpower saddle legal) - but it was less work to use the stick pack.

I even switched back to the original chassis (cut out a slot for the motor myself) - it was easier to mount electronics. I've used both chassis with this set up and felt no difference between the two. Nick

Yer me too. Although im going to be making some funky braces for the team Ian.

Depending on how long they take i may give them away to the losi team.

Who is the Losi team this year? Just so i know how many i need to make, of these and the others bits that ive done already

Im in the process of sorting something for the chassis! I'm thinking of making a plate of somesort that the cells will slot into, may have to add two holes to the chassis but when i feel better ill have a proper think about it. To bust feeling ill at the moment.

Who from the team is going to the Players this weekend? I'm trying to get the bits done for then.
